Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, Canada

My town, like many small towns in Quebec have the name of a saint, because of our catholic roots. Sainte-Anne is a very popular name. There are many towns named Ste-Anne of "something". Here it is Ste-Anne des Plaines (plains) because of the landscape surrounding it, as you can see on this picture. There are many great farms around the town. There are many animal tracks too, including mine when I came down to look at the beaver dam, out of the picture at right.
