"Travessa do Arco" _ Bragança. In the northeast of Portugal, in the region os Trás-os-Montes (behind-the-mountains:)), Bragança is a small beautiful city in the old town and castle surroundings. The local municipality is doing extensive work in the place; Raval, in other times called Barrio Chino wich is not far from Bairro Alto here.
I do not believe she forgot the "l" so you look for your own answer, in catalonian, with Wiki. Sorry I can not be more explicit...
