Answer to your comment in photo nº 935119:
It is not the square of the Opera. This is the "Plaza del Sol, and Opera is in "Plaza de Oriente" or in "Plaza de Isabel II" too.
But, yes, there's a new buildin. It is the new entrance to the underground.
