I feel this picture is not that well. The compo is good, but it looks very much like you have added a gradient filter too far down and the top of the buildings are darker than they probably are. Sadly we cannot always get a dramatic sky, but a tighter crop may be all that is needed:)

the b/w is nice fot this subject, I tested it by myself with a bit more light contrast, than you have a nice effect
