Marvellous picture!
I love this. The horizon line at the half of the image, to highlight the symmetry of the reflections. The tower on the strong "2/3" vertical line, to attract the eye on the main subject. The lamp light and the tower light aligned on the diagonal line, to break the balance of the two perpendicular lines. These 3 lines are perfectly balanced, and the result is a powerful, yet dynamic, composition.

This one is a really better composition. In the previous one the main problem is the post in the foreground on the right, just my opinion. The not centered Fort Louvois is also better. Excellent !
