To Geert G eenen If the steelworks would be the main suject you 're right but it isn"t The meaning is to empasize how nature industry are entangled in this region.And I like the different colours of vegetation

i like this kind of industryscapes; nice colours too (and the contrast nature-industry); for me the photo would have been better / more impressive with more sky (beautiful that day) and less grass/nature etc.
