Respondendo tua pergunta. Esta cidade é no Brasil. O terreno foi ocupado, a partir de 1850, por alemães. Os primeiros construiram suas casas nesta técnica que nos chamamos enxaimel e, por uma questão política que envolve o turismo, as prefeituras da região incentivam a construção deste tipo de arquitetura. Hoje, as construções não têm a estrutura de madeira coomo o verdadeiro enxaimel, apenas uma maquiagem facial, com madeirinhas pregadas sobre a alvenaria e pinturas superficiais. Eu acho horrível mas o turista brasileiro e os latino americanos que por lá circulam, adoram.
