(taken with the 3Mpx compact Canon Powershot A70, as all from this Siena series) Piazza del Campo (or, Il Campo) _ Siena _ view to the direction of the Pallazzo Comunale (or, Pallazzo Pubblico) and Torre de Mangia (Tower), in this square where the famous Palio (annual athletic contest, pitting the neighbourhoods of a town or the hamlets of a comune against each other) takes place at the 2nd July and 16th August: horse racing, etc. [ group, portrait, people, red brick, paving, medieval building, house, open-air, coffee shop, sky, skylight, cloud, blue, clock, architecture, Unesco World Heritage]
