Vila do Conde, Portugal

Vila do Conde _ Santa Clara' s Aqueduct , built in the XVIII century, initially with an arcade of 999 arches, 7 kms long of granitic stone, nowadays with 500 mts well preserved. The goal was to transport water from Terroso (Póvoa de Varzim) to the Convent of Santa Clara (Vila do Conde). Fine lamposts adorn it!
