The green/blue color and form of the modern building make a nice contrast with the city scape and the old boat. Good angle of view. Suggestion: The sky has great amount of luminosity and if you made the light mesurement to the building it becomes overexposed. So, if you used a simple ND graduated filter the problem is easily solved. Its use is simple and funny. please see: http://www.great-landscape-photography.com/graduated-filters.html. The Lee filter is very good.
