Thanks Ruud for the explanation. I will go to study the Photomatix Pro 2.4 because in really I like very much natural result that you obtained in this image. hi Paulo, I used photomatix pro 2.4 on a single raw shot. The settings for the tonemapping are: strength=50, color saturation=80, max light smoothing, luminosity=0, max micro contrast, micro smoothing=9, white clip=1,6%, black clip=0%, and gamma=1.5. I like to use maximun light smooting and micro contrast, combined with a gamma that gives nice mid tones.

Excellent HDR work. The final result is a good and natural image with great detail and colors in all range of lights and shadows. It seems a 3D image with the cows want to leave the picture. The low angle of view and the dark turbulent sky create a fantastic dramatical atmosphere. Could you explain me, with more detail your HDR technique in this picture?
