this art object was supposed to be placed in the centre of Hengelo, but the citycouncil ordened that there should be a fence around it because of sharp things in the object. By standers could hurt themselves. The artist refused to place it under that restrictions......the name of the artist I couldn't find out anymore. After the decision of the council it was placed in a forgotten corner nearby a huge parkingplace of the 'Westermaat' Hengelo (O.), were also IKEA and other big shoppingcentres are
