I think it says:
"Zabraneto dviženje i zastanuvanje pod rampata"
That would mean like I'ts forbidden to move or stay below the ramp. But that's just an asumption. I don't really speak macedonian :)

At last! This picture gives an ultimate meaning to John Lennon's line 'Quando paramucho mi amore de felice carathon', sung on Abbey Road. When a journalist asked him about that weird line he said: 'Is this a mike or a raisor'. So: nice picture!
