Purple Swamphen (Porphyrio porphyrio) Feeding on the edge of the Murray River which was in flood. Part of my resent 12 000 Km travel.

    Do you know Bob, thousands of Kiwis (the human kind) have decamped to Aussie and in return we got the swamphen (Pukeko) but OK, they are a little bit crazy, but fun.
