Sexual desire, in sublimated sensuality and melancholy, or sadness resulting from a permanent state of dissatisfaction, are the central components of tango.

It emerges and develops with employees in the districts surrounding the town's rioplatense (suburbs). Tango for the suburb is the inspiring muse, a place of belonging that must not be abandoned, betrayed, or forgotten. Above all, the tango is a man (and a woman) neighborhood.

The bandoneon is the heart of the music of tango. It has been said that "bandoneon and tango are the same thing". Of German origin, it was adopted by the tango at the beginning of the twentieth century to replace the initial presence of the flute and complete the unmistakable sound of the tango. Later, with the addition of piano replacing the guitar, it developed a performance technique that was specifically tango and founded on rhythmic percussion.
