One of the impressive corners in the gardens of the Valloise were the fields with melanges of herbes. There were so many different melanges and each has its own colours and atmosphere. I like to show you some of it.
there are so many different lovely flowers in the herbmélange
a view over the herbfields to the abbey.

as you see this melange has a different atmosphere.

what a nice topic Trudy, such beautiful flowers, all different colors.
I love the multicolored fields, like the 5e picture in this Blog.

That last beautiful flower is heart-achingly beautiful or it might just be the slightly wind-blown head of a fairy heading home on tiny tired lavender wings
