Fulfilling dreams - modern castle in Lapalice

Today I'll introduce my new theme of a devastated MODERN castle in Łapalice.
Let's just have a look at the area...
After such views nobody expected that we arrived to the strictly forbidden area...
But we were told byt the locals there is a hole in the back fence...so....here is the beginning of the story...
The owner started building it in the 80s and it was supposed to be 170 m2 big... now it's 5000 m2.
Due to the lack of many documents, the authorities stopped the construction and it's going to be demolished.
So ..enjoy till the end if its time:)
It took me 6 minutes to spot the whole family despite all the signs saying - NO ENTRY:)
Let's go inside. The admission is strictly forbidden because the premises are not protected at all, and here is an example of me standing on the 5th floor. There are no railings so I'm aware of my fears now:)

The construction is surrounded by a huge concrete wall and has a lovely gate. Of course the gate is closed due to bad state of the construction.
Is there anybody who would like to invest in the castle???
:)))

Ophelcia, I saw already really odd places in Poland, but never something like that. I'm sorry to say I need more that what you told us. Who is the owner ? what was the aim of this building ? what will be its future ?
It is fascinating, because it is beautiful, ridiculous, unseemly, and out of date.
(Sorry for my english)
Thank you for this great blog, I like so much desolated place, I'm waiting even more !!
Your pictures are very good, nothing to say
