TANGO... SHALL WE DANCE?

TANGO... SHALL WE DANCE?
"Por una cabeza"
Por una cabeza
de un noble potrillo
que justo en la raya
afloja al llegar,
y que al regresar
parece decir:
No olvidés, hermano,
vos sabés, no hay que jugar.
Por una cabeza,
metejón de un día
de aquella coqueta
y burlona mujer,
que al jurar sonriendo
el amor que está mintiendo,
quema en una hoguera
todo mi querer.

Por una cabeza,
todas las locuras.
Su boca que besa,
borra la tristeza,
calma la amargura.
Por una cabeza,
si ella me olvida
qué importa perderme
mil veces la vida,
para qué vivir.

Cuántos desengaños,
por una cabeza.
Yo jugué mil veces,
no vuelvo a insistir.
Pero si un mirar
me hiere al pasar,
sus labios de fuego
otra vez quiero besar.
Basta de carreras,
se acabó la timba.
¡Un final reñido
ya no vuelvo a ver!
Pero si algún pingo
llega a ser fija el domingo,
yo me juego entero.
¡Qué le voy a hacer.!

Tango, un sentimiento con magia y misterio... Javier Kambrosis
From a beautiful friend DOLO this splendid work of Tango... http://cid-d9c088468135d293.skydrive.live.com/browse.aspx/Diaporamas%20y%20PPS%20hechos%20por%20mi/TANGOS

Sexual desire, in sublimated sensuality and melancholy or sadness resulting from a permanent state of dissatisfaction, are the central components of tango

Emerges and develops employees in districts surrounding the towns rioplatense the 'suburb'. Tango for the suburb is the inspiring muse, a place of belonging that must not be abandoned or betrayed, or forgotten. Above all, the tango is a man (and woman) 'neighborhood'

The bandoneon is the heart of the music of tango. It has been said that "bandoneon and tango are the same thing." Of German origin, was adopted by the tango at the beginning of the twentieth century to replace the initial presence of the flute and complete the unmistakable sound of tango. later with the addition of piano, replacing the guitar, and developing a performance technique especially tango, founded on the rhythmic percussion. Thus the basis of instrumental tango is defined as a trio of bandoneon, piano and violin.

Tango song was lightened by the theater and the tango is often compared with a dramatic piece of theater: the tango singer is a fairly accurate drama. Thanks also to Carlos Gardel, who chose to interpret and make melody to the verses that best portray the feelings of the man in the city, its people, their language, places and idiosyncrasies, and especially the spirit of the people
Kambrosis

The choreography, designed from the embrace of the couple, is extremely sensual and complex. The complexity of the steps does the phrase or whatever you want to convey during the dance. This is to express a feeling full of sensuality, not sexuality, where the primary is not only the steps or figures that make the dancers with their feet. Nothing is worth a perfect technique, perfect timing or when the facial expression of the dancers did not transmit feelings. Everything in the tango dance is tied, eyes, arms, hands, every movement of the body along the rhythm of tango and monitor what they are living: three minutes of a romance between two people who are perhaps just know and who probably do not have a romantic relationship in real life.

Grave of Carlos Gardel,

Each musical strophe, each passage, each has different tango moments, you can not dance a tango to a completely identical pattern of conduct for the entire melody. Cadences are sad, happy, sensual and euphoric, quiet or grand final, in music-in-music crescendo or diminuendo, only expresses the feelings and these are the dancers carried on his feet and his whole body.

If you feel it, dance!!!

Excelente trabajo, Mariela.

Besos.

My deepest respect Mariela, you did a thorough investigation in this wonderful subject! You collected everything worth seeing about he tango from woophy and placed it in a sublime no heavenly context! A minor mistake: My name is spelled Hemels which means Heavenly

TANGO - DESIR

Vibrer, vivre, à même la musique
Mordre dans la symphonie
A coups de corps en harmonie.
Talons aiguilles et cuirs noirs qui scintillent
Dans une lumière tango,
Regards indigos
Et bas résilles.
Deux temps pour s'étreindre,
Deux corps pour se plaindre

D'aimer...

Cambrure langoureuse
D'une passion douloureuse,
Extrême densité de corps bandés et fiers,
Musique carnassière.
Deux temps pour s'étreindre,
Deux corps pour se plaindre

D'aimer...

I forgot to tell you another thing Mariela: It is (like Ortho says) better to give the music-clip a place at the beginning of the pictures, so that we can listen to it during the time (2½ min) of watching the images.

Good morning Mariela;
It wa a great pleasure to watch this blog in the earlymorning hours.
I'm not really a good dancer, more a listener ...also to the Tango-music (I love the sound of a bandoneon) and there is a singing-start in "A media Luz" that I never shall forget: "Corrientes - Tres - quatro - ocho, segundo piso, ascensor.
And the beginning of that particular Tango, my friend; is telling us so much about the fire and sensuality there can be in a dance like the Tango is.......
Thank you Mariela for showing us this beautiful collection
pictures from our woophy-family ! Besos.

Very good, but I think that you should have placed the music clip at the beginning, so that it would have accompanied the viewing of the pics.
