Malaysia-Indonesia trip
About 2 weeks ago, we just came back from our journey to the east: Malaysia & Indonesia. We have been away for 2 weeks only because I don't have any more days-off... :-(
Anyway... it was a great journey where we spent about 9 days in Malaysia (travel around 1600 km) & the rest in Indonesia (Bandung).
Malaysia is a multi cultural country... between the Indian, Malays & Chinese culture. All the different cultures are living together hand in hand & in harmony... 9 days in Malaysia we really experienced the different & we had a feeling that we have seen the world... We have seen the modern part of Malaysia with the famous Petronas twin tower then moved to the mountain areas (jungles) to the chinese society area(Penang), across along the border between Malaysia & Thailand to Malays society area (Kuantan, KualaTerengganu) and some Indian culture as it was approaching the Dippa Wali festival. We're always closed to beaches... warm & hot... as the friendlyness of Malaysian people, which most of them can speak English very well. Again, what a nice vacation...
Then relaxing in Bandung, Indonesia for my father's birthday party, shopping & visiting a strange crater.
It is called white crater (Kawah Putih). The crater is filled with water and its color is greenish, as it still contains a lot of sulphur. I got a bit desperate here... because it is not easy to make a picture. The day was not so sunny, surrounding is white/ greyish hill and greenish water. And as the sulphur content is still high, we may not be there for a long time... What a desperate time... I have the photo also here and maybe some experienced member can give me some advice how to take picture in this situation.
Thanks for reading it!
