We are now in the middle of July 2010...Woophy is still my number one favorite excersize...I have been taking a lot of photos of local areas...I am not a fan of the real high heat so when it reached 102 degrees last week I slowed down...The weather is now more normal and I will be resuming my local running around...I appreciate hearing from everyone and wish you all a good summer...

The heath came this week to the Netherlands too, I am lucky to live on a island where is almost some wind from the sea side.
But in the afternoon I stay in home til the evening falls.

Thanks for nice comments.Now we have the same problems in Poland, hot wave comes to us and is very hard time for everyone!Greetings from West Pomerania region!
