Is it ever going to stop raining?

I could have asked in April May and June if the sun was going to stop shining but I didnt...
I havent ventured away from home much in the last few weeks but I have dug deeper into the depths of the garden and wow....there is a hive of activity! If I ever wanted a macro lense (and I really really do) now would be the time. From the largest of the bee family to the most beautiful little moths, I could have spent hours taking photos. The battle for survival in these wet conditions is immense and I take my hat off to them for their creativity in doing just that...surviving :-) From bats, buzzards, toads and earwigs, dont we live in a brilliant world....I could live without the midge though especially when trying to use a long lense on a very nervous subject!
