This year probably everybody received e-mails with some curiosities about 2011.It is a year with dates like 1-1-11, 11-1-11 or 1-11-11.
And 11-11-11, that is: November, 11th, 2011.
But I discovered something much more intriguing about number 2011, the year we're in:
We can obtain it by adding
1111+111+111+111+111+111+111+111+111+11+1 = 2011
2011 as a sum of 11 numbers, each of the numbers being formed only with the digit 1.
Yes, I figured it out by myself :)

This blog has turned into a cryptogram. Maybe it is not so bad, because it has nothing to do with photography anyway. It is probably a descent to the very beginning of the computing language where everything can be reduced to the simplicity of zeros and ones. I wonder what the world would look like if that 'yin and yang' stuff would survive.
