The limewood is the typical individual tree of our area. If a son is born, a new tree is planted on the next moraine hill.

I missed this topic because I wasn't a member when it started!
I just looked to see what my first pic was, and it isn't too mortifying. In fact, I still like it!
although I have definitely made better pictures with the help of my Woophy friends, looking at all your pictures over the last months.

This is an interesting topic that has been revived. I have enjoyed looking through the pictures. Scarlet mentioned how her photography has improved. When I find a member whose pictures I especially enjoy I often will go back to their beginning pictures and look through all of their collection. Many times this improvement is evident.
Looking through this topic from the beginning I also note with sadness that a number of the pictures are no longer available and, worse, a number of members are no longer with us.
