In every country people have their favorite local market, some small, some large, some unknown some famous. If you want to know about local food, culture, homemade art, clothing, go to the market and you'll find it. It's often a hotspot for tourists. Please share your pictures of your market The following pictures were taken at the Ten Kate market, a typical Amsterdam market.

Martin Hi. Here is St. George's Market, Belfast. Every weekday, early in the morning, this is where local shop-keepers come to buy fresh fruit, vegetables and meat for their shops. On Saturday, when this was taken, it is open all day, and members of the public can buy a wide range of goods, from fruit, vegetables, etc. to items produced by individual craftspeople.

The local market, here, in Braga, at Wednesday and Saturday. Here are sold all kind of products, fruit and vegetables from local and neighbours productors and small farmers sell their products in baskets, its a good choice to by them! . It also sells meat and fish, and around the building all kinds of clothes, shoes, etc.
