There are full of hypothesis on this ( joke, end of school year, annunciation of union, place of drug...)

Nice topic, when I took my picture of the shoes hanging from electric wires I didn't know what was the meaning of that, it was something really strange and in a poor area of the city. Then Ricardo Baigorria, a ex Woophy member from Argentina told me that the meaning of this is the fourth you gave, the shoes announce a place of drugs selling.

 Also, for Gang initiations. They "Run" you untill you drop, take your shoes & hang them to represent what could be done to you if you quit, punk out, etc., then, you "Walk the mile with no shoes" meaning, commit your 1st gang crime.

Hi Jan,
Does the police collect the shoes for DNA? It would be handy to already have evidence even before someone's first gang crime!
