The lighthouse in Girassol might take a little extra work; Here's my favorite:
It's on Puget Sound , USA

Nice topic Bogers (by the way, the fourth one you show, the light house in the isle of Man, I saw it one day going trough woophy and just loved it, good choice).

I like very much the lighthouses. There's about 450 pictures relative to lightouse in Woophy
This one by Bruno Suignard is my favorite. Plouguerneau, Finistère, France
It's the tallest lighthouse in Europe built with stones (82,50 meters high). Built between 1897 and 1902. Beside it, the old lightouse, "only" 33 meters high built in 1845. I had a fabulous souvenir in this lighthouse. I was there for the christmas party with the lighthouse keepers and some friends some years ago.
By myself. Near Punta Delgada, Patagonia, Argentina
My southermost picture of lighthouse. Ushuaia, Argentina

I hope you get your wish!
This is by IRR.
this is Brant Point Light on Nantucket, an island off the coast of Massachusetts. When you sail away from the island you are supposed to throw pennies when you pass this light if you would like to return to the island!

An excellent one by Jacques Splint. I think they call this lighthouse "Het paard van Marken" (The horse of Marken) because of the shape when you observe it from the side.

great topic - surprising range of designs for lighthouses :-))
One of my shots, the Nugget Point lighthouse, just south of Balclutha.
first lit in 1869, and still in operation today. It doesn't look very high (9.4m high, standing 76m above sea level) but the light can be seen for 35km and it has helped prevent many shipwrecks along the treacherous Catlins (South Otago) coastline.

Here are two of mine. This is another good forum. Many interesting styles of light houses around the world. Thanks, Bogers and all who have contributed.
Point Pinos light house near Pacific Grove, CA.
