I think this means something like: " Forbidden to move or to stop beneath the barrier. " But someone with more skill in the Cyrillic alphabet, not to mention Macedonian, please correct my rough translation.

As you can see: You're very welcome. * Don't leave any valuables in your car * Beware of pickpockets * Lock your bike with a big chain, but only on places where this is permitted * Don't let your dog shit on the streets * It's not allowed to pie in public * Don't litter, use rhe trashcans

Akbar Member	# Posted: 25 Oct 06 13:17 Reply Yes, there are parts of the city where alcohol etc are not allowed on the streets. They have special signs for that. And the city is indeed full of cams. Lots of people go to the station by bike. You have to parc your bike in the stand otherwise some service takes it away. But there are hundreds of places short in those stands. So what to do?

They were placed there in early 80s by Mayor Koch's administration. A lot of them have been stolen, so may be hard to find. Bunny's example is still being used. There was another funny one that said "No parking, so stopping, no standing, no kidding"

The same as in the advertising, for sell something. Alas, In france, the civil servants and administration are chilly, and the signs never funny.
