Today I visited a very beautiful City park (Grugapark) in Essen Germany that I want to share with you.
It was so big that I have to visit it another time to see everything. So I can only show you a first impression of the park. The park is right in the city centre of Essen Germany. There are a lot of things to do as playing games, food, drinks, animals and so on. If you are around Essen you certainly should visit this park.

More info about the Grugapark in German can be found here: - Grugapark -

I'm very curious to see other nice and big city parks from all over the world. I hope you can add some nice pictures to this forum.

Regards,

Oscar

Fine topic Oscar and a fine series of the Grugapark. I have some of Amsterdam's finest park, the 140 year old Vondelpark.

Rotterdam park, as a dogowner I spent many hours a day there, rain or shine, it is the only place where dogs can run free and fortunately close to my house.

Sorry guys but some of these huge photos are overtaxing my computer. Here in NZ we have a somewhat primitive Broadband service, a bit like using a crystal set with pictures. Love the photos though.
