The building this located in the north of Madrid and to some people it likes but to others it seems to him ugly.
I believe that the is very interesting by the amount of details that has.
This opening to I do not publish because it is a private community.
It has 20 plants and between the 11 and the 17 it has great hole, that occupies 5 plants of height.
Arquitects; Winy Maas, Jacobs van Rijs, Nathalie de Vries Blanca Lleó.

Great shots and very nice details. I think that I like the architecture. Because of the hole the building seems to stretch for the sky. The red details break the monoticity of the facade. Thanks for sharing these pxs.

The project visually attracts much to the hearing by the colorful and unusual ways. In particular, I am more conservative or less -cool- in carrying out housing projects. MVRDV were the authors of this project for my personal taste and style that I find truly distant. Since several of these homes have serious problems of traffic flow and, as in the duplex or triplex, which you need to wash your hands to ascend to the upper floors, or to eat, or users of the plant 18 have to climb the stairs external order to be in your terrace or deck level 20, this without even taking into account a possible evacuation fire, which I see quite problematic.
It's too cool for my taste, I prefer the great masters such as Alvaro Siza or Peter Zumthor, and I hope that this building take age with dignity which I doubt very poor performance by its construction can be seen in the photographs.(pic 10).
Good photos, like critic document.

Hello sercas72. I congratulate you for expanding information of the building. I see that you know their problems.
All that says is true with regard to the quality of construction, ect.
I also think that the building is going to have problems in the future and the residents are very unhappy.
Thank you all for your comments.
Greetings

I like the building a lot, and the pictures are very ncie. One of my favourite details are the circular stairs every now and then!

Fercar, thanks for the nice and interesting photo's, they are very good, and Sercas for the next information.
I like new archtecture, but sometimes I am thinking the architects will make to strange buildings, so they lost their view on safety and comfort.

You say the magic word Dieuwertje COMFORT should be the first thing for which builds architecture, and not the personal ego of certain architects who play to be original, no matter what the people who inhabit those buildings, imagine an issue: - this building was built for VPO-Protected officially housing, that is not for people with a lot of money, imagine this building a future of 35 years, when its habitants have between 65 and 80 years, as climbing stairs and live down inside his own home? ? ? You can be original but not irresponsible.
