Dear Woophy friends,
I've got it!! A new camera. I just bought the Olympus E300 kit. I'm currently very busy, but hope to upload the first pictures taken with my new camera soon. :-D

Congrats! I'm sure the pictures will be better than the camera's lay out ;)
I'm still in the "dreaming stage": the stage in which you dream about a new camera but in which you haven't got the money (being a poor student as I am).
Next comes the decision stage, and after that the buying stage. Then it can either be the euphoric stage or the disappointment stage. I hope it's going to be the first one for you ;)

So do I Karin!! And I want to go skating! 1 day was great, but not enough...
Recognaizable stages Big_Apple... As you might know I am a students too and I am happy to leave the buying stage behind (although the rest of the month there is nothing left but water and dry bread :P) I will share my experiences about the Olympus E300 after I have been using it for some time...

Well, you have now a lot of friends all around the world... ;-D
here in Switzerland we've got ice, i just watched the other day kids skating on a cornfield. No joke! it was under water and then it frozed... was funny though!
a pity i din't had my cam back by then...

Don't be jealous! the snow is cone by now, its just cold and grey too.. but it will change. somewhen!

better having 7°c and grey then -3°c and grey... :-)

Oh, and thanks for the comment, i must take more pictures of mountains just to make you happy! ;-)

I thought that was something typically Dutch, skating on frozen fields that were flooded. Unfortunately I don't have any vacation untill August and I think even the Swiss ice will be gone by then...
and btw: you make also me happy with mountain pictures.

Yes I am, although I need to turn back to my study books again now... But the real playtime starts later this week :P However, thanks for your comment on my first picture taken with the new camera, ET Images!

When i finaly figured out how to use photoshop to stich pictures together, there will be a great panorama-mountain-picture... somewhen in the future!
