A colleague of my pointed me out to Photosynth from microsoft live labs. The last hour I have been browsing around on that site and it looks really great.....
quote from website :
Welcome to Photosynth, a new technology from Microsoft Live Labs that takes a large collection of photos of a place or an object, analyzes them for similarities, and displays them in a reconstructed three-dimensional space.
We've assembled a few collections for you to play with, and we're working on adding more. In the future you'll be able to "photosynthesize" your own photos, but we aren't there yet.
And hey, it's a tech preview, so you might encounter a bug or two.
We'll update our blog with information on improvements and new collections as we go along. We welcome your comments, bug reports, and ideas.
Quick Tip! Photosynth loves to be zoomed, so use the scroll wheel on your mouse to zoom in and out from wherever the mouse is pointing.
end quote.

Oh thank you de stilte, thank you a lot!
I heard about this program a long time ago and never was able to remember the name and find it. Yes, it seems very neet. I'll go and look at the site right away.

@de Stilte, I don't know how to put your own pics in the tool. Wish I know how coz it is a nice program.
I think they work on a more advanced program. Still in the testing phase I thought.
