My guess: Joon removed the safety ropes and retouched the photo with photoshop. The light is OK. The dropping Tshirt is also OK. If the guy would have fallen from sky his Tshirt would have lifted up. Good job :-)

you have a point there, but maybe the photograph as been taken upside down, due to the fact it is the other side of the world, he is falling downwards where the cars are driving on the ceiling.
