Car stolen
A car, parked in the driveway of a house in Kaainem, was stolen yesterday. The police supposes that the thieves have no young children. Or, that there were 4 thieves (none of them being a young child), and that they needed all the seats.

Locals in Salzburg were arroused by a strange sound at a small cemetery. After some research it seemed to have been caused by a new form of transport, the Segway. Not in for such novelties they forbid the use of this vehicle at their grounds. This grieved a group of elderly very much since they just had started to use this machine to mount the steep road to this cemetery.

SELFISH LADY
This lady was selfish enough to eat everything herself without any thoughts for the hungry skinny children wearing PINK clothes! The "lady" was later chased away from the street, and will probably have to accept a week on dry bread and water at The Stateville Prison.

Earthquake in Southern France
An earthquake hit today the south of France. Hardest hit was the village of Peille, which suffered landslides. The following pic, taken by our local correspondant, was taken during an aftershock, which explains why it is rather blurry.

After 120.000 shots with his D300, this photo got to be the last from that piece of tool.
Not a very exciting photo, but unless something out of the ordinary happens, this is the final shot for a couple of weeks since the camera is full of salt water. As to the response of the salt water, the camera went clickclickclickclickclickclickclickclickclickclick clickclickclickclickclickclickclickclickclickclick clickclickclickclickclickclickclickclickclickclick clickclickclick until the battery was pulled out by a slightly frustrated owner.
The only photos that will be added to Woophy for a couple of weeks will be popular archive photos from the depths of Woophy. Mostly flower photos of incredibly bad quality.

Yesterday the city of Vienna won the prestigious award for smallest and best hidden beach in a city.
Although the weather wasn't perfect at the early opening, the first tourists got their chair.
