Thanks Vic for your support, some good ones you posted
I am trying to make a song title for everyone of my pics, but I keep on posting so not easy!
And I also discover new songs while doing so.....
Courthouse by Chris Isaak
You see his gentle smiling face Then you go, oh And all the good and bad you've done He will know, he will know
People take their places, down at the courthouse People stand in line to see you fall Everybody says they're in your corner Be surprised to find one friend at all And I don't care what people say I will always feel this way I don't care how long it takes You're not to blame, you're not to blame
Time has come to say how much I love you Time has come to say how much I care
And I don't care what people say I will always feel this way You're not to blame, you're not to blame

Letters by Leonard Cohen
You never liked to get The letters that I sent. But now you've got the gist Of what my letters meant. You're reading them again, The ones you didn't burn. You press them to your lips, My pages of concern. I said there'd been a flood. I said there's nothing left. I hoped that you would come. I gave you my address. Your story was so long, The plot was so intense, It took you years to cross The lines of self-defense. The wounded forms appear: The loss, the full extent; And simple kindness here, The solitude of strength. You walk into my room. You stand there at my desk, Begin your letter to The one who's coming next.

Take my hand by DIDO
Touch my skin, and tell me what you're thinking Take my hand and show me where we're going Lie down next to me, look into my eyes and tell me, oh tell me what you're seeing So sit on top of the world and tell me how you're feeling what you feel now is what I feel for you Take my hand and if I'm lying to you I'll always be alone if I'm lying to you See my eyes, they carry your reflection Watch my lips and hear the words I'm telling you Give your trust to me and look into my heart and show me, show me what you're doing So sit on top of the world and tell me how you're feeling what you feel now is what I feel for you
Take my hand and if I'm lying to you I'll always be alone if I'm lying to you Take your time, if I'm lying to you I know you'll find that you believe me you believe me
Feel the sun on your face and tell me what you're thinking Catch the snow on your tongue and show me how it tastes Take my hand and if I'm lying to you I'll always be alone if I'm lying to you Take your time, if I'm lying to you I know you'll find that you believe me you believe me

Red Clouds by Disarmonia Mundi
If the shelter comes from Your home sweet home Check the switch and if the light is on The new prophet sings The death of modern era A presenter proud of its mind level-zero You can think it's a joke or the search For new audience
Macabre thoughts for a night Without star fence Flows out the power Mind sets you are dead Through vapours you hear The right vision comes back
Paralyze your future secret plan And your idea of wondering of everything Finalize, close your hands And try to hold inside At least a little bit of sand
The final lie The worst you could believe in Reset the living And wait what has to be
Come with me into the highest sky You're the demon Who can believe in everything Call inside you last forces And live your time, once a life By your choices
Red clouds covering the sea Last horizon It's why I had to live
The discovery of a new dimension Once disclosed my old wings

Castles by Sandi Thom
I'm just skimming stones against the lake While my dreams pass me by I've never known what to make of life But I guess I'm willing to try
Sometimes it's better sometimes it's worse Sometimes it heals sometimes it hurts....
So hail to the morning wherever it dawns down on me It's now that I get to thinking Some castles lie way beneath the sea.
You always said that it would be such a long summer And now its here and I can break the ice on this cold water
Sometimes it's better sometimes it's worse Sometimes it heals sometimes it hurts....
So hail to the morning wherever it dawns down on me It's now that I get to thinking Some castles lie way beneath the sea.
So hail to the morning wherever it dawns down on me It's now that I get to thinking that life's a mystery So long live the moonlight wherever it shines down on me With the strength to part the ocean I'll find my castle lies way beneath the sea

RED AND WHITE by Julian Austin
Harvey McPhee was my father Harvey served in World War Two Just like him they were all young men Lord knows what they went through. I remember on Remembrance Day Dad saluted those who fought and died I can’t imagine what he was thinking When I saw the tears in my father’s eyes.
chours This country these days it seems Is not proud as it should be Do we care about our Heroes anymore. Do we take the time to thank a soldier For everything they do. Have we forgotten those brave souls who fought and died For the Red and White
I knew a man who served in Korea He came back a different man He went over for his country To fight in a foreign land He took to pills and the bottle To numb his nightmares and his pain He went to war barely 19 Bob Archer was his name
Chours
This country these days it seems Is not as proud as it used to be Do we care about our Heroes anymore Do we take the time to thank a soldier For everything they do Have we forgotten those poor souls who fought and died For the Red and White
Coporal Jamie Murphy Just 26 from Newfoundland Was days away from coming home When he was killed in Afghanistan He never had a hope in hell Al-Qaida bomber took his life So far away from his home, on Green Route Road That solider died for the Red and White
This country sometimes, Makes me so damn mad I could cry Cause we never thank our heros enough anymore How many of us thank a soldier for everything they do We can’t forget all those who serve who sacrifice All for the Red and White
Lest we forget our heros, who fought and died, For the Red and White
For the Red and White

The Shed by John Williamson for our AUSTALIAN friends
Hey, did you ever wake up in the morning On the wrong side of the bed I bit confused and yawning You go straight out the back to your shed
Yeah, all Australian boys need a shed A place where he can go, somewhere to clear his head To think about the things his woman said Yeah, all Australian boys need a shed
A joint to learn to read an' write, to work on his bike at night To grow up as he likes, to grow anything under lights A place to keep his tools, nuts and bolts and drills To hang a hide, to hide the dry or hang to pay the bills
Well my old shed, she leaks a bit, the roof is caving in Nothing that a bloke can't fix with a few spare sheets of tin The beams are old telegraph poles, white ants have eaten them She creaks and sways on windy days and leans towards the sound
Yeah, all Australian boys need a shed
At the back of the shed where the dogs are fed near last years bails of lucern Sticky tall green leaves came up from thrown out seeds All it took was bantam poop, I watered 'em once and they grew some They should be prime 'bout Easter time if no nosy neighbour steals 'em
Yeah, all Australian boys need a shed To weld up broken gates, a place for all his mates To come 'round Sunday arvo' for a gin A place to make a racket, to find the pipe and pack it To think about the things his woman said Yeah, all Australian boys need a shed Yeah, all Australian boys need a shed Yeah, all Australian boys need a shed

Cloudy by Simon and Garfunkel
Cloudy The sky is gray and white and cloudy, Sometimes I think it's hanging down on me. And it's a hitchhike a hundred miles. I'm a rag-a-muffin child. Pointed finger-painted smile. I left my shadow waiting down the road for me a while.
Cloudy My thoughts are scattered and they're cloudy, They have no borders, no boundaries. They echo and they swell From Tolstoy to Tinker Bell. Down from Berkeley to Carmel. Got some pictures in my pocket and a lot of time to kill.
Hey sunshine I haven't seen you in a long time. Why don't you show your face and bend my mind? These clouds stick to the sky Like floating questions, why? And they linger there to die. They don't know where they are going, and, my friend, neither do I.
Cloudy, Cloudy.

The Interview by AFI
"The Interview"
Forever waiting for disaster, What David calls servant and master, Will you play it too? As this displacement begs for water. Swimming, bathing. Drowning in sorrow.
Scream with me.
I crawl across this cracked expansion, I'll be buried soon. Beneath the sand with pure intentions. Wanting something, someone to follow.
For a change, I'll refrain, From hiding all of me from you. (here's my lullaby.) Pray for rain, lose your name. And watch all your dreams fall through. (hush now, don't you cry)
I swoon upon my knees come crashing, Will you bury me? Today, this small favour I am asking Hold me, you may drop me tomorrow
For a change, I'll refrain, From hiding all of me from you. (here's my lullaby.) Pray for rain, lose your name. And watch all your dreams fall through. (hush now)
For a change, I'll refrain, From hiding all of me from you.
Pray for rain, lose your name. And watch all your dreams fall through.
Here's my lullaby. Hush now don't you cry.
Calm down. Come down cold resides with me. With me.
I flee to, I flee to decemberunderground. As you exhale, I breathe in and sink into, The water underground, And I grow pale without you.

Harvest by Neil Young
Did I see you down in a young girl's town With your mother in so much pain? I was almost there at the top of the stairs With her screamin' in the rain.
Did she wake you up to tell you that It was only a change of plan? Dream up, dream up, let me fill your cup With the promise of a man.
Did I see you walking with the boys Though it was not hand in hand? And was some black face in a lonely place When you could understand?
Did she wake you up to tell you that It was only a change of plan? Dream up, dream up, let me fill your cup With the promise of a man.
Will I see you give more than I can take? Will I only harvest some? As the days fly past will we lose our grasp Or fuse it in the sun?
Did she wake you up to tell you that It was only a change of plan? Dream up, dream up, let me fill your cup With the promise of a man.

I'm on the sea so bargain with me, so I can be home once again. to lose ways, to sing, an odd time of death, to lose and not to win. Why must I, always have to lose with an easy life? Why cant I, just pretend to fall asleep? No longing goes through the night. Caroline was greater for breaking down the set, wanting to find a look. Can’t remember days, the days we posses, only the day she left. I see her in the crucifix, my mind begins to slip. My love had fallen right to a T. Then I close my eyes and the tears begin to run, the nightmare has just begun. Why must I always have to lose with an easy life? Why cant I, just pretend to fall asleep? no longing goes through the night.
