@chasamatazz. I don,t think you can cheat on this forum, but you make me very curious, can't you once make a picture befor eat your meal? We always have to wait a bit for saying our prayers before. Then the food is not so hot you burn your mouth. @ Joop van Dijk Looks a bit burning, but the meat looks very tasteful. Did you have a pleasant barbecue? @ Brigitte: you made a very nice composition of your food, looks very tasteful.
All the others, thanks for the contributions. There were a lot of meals already, but I would like it to see more, also from the countrys far away, I have seen somewhere on the woophy saté with grasshopper or something like that.

I am not so sure of it Yoshimine. Thanks for this beautiful contribution.

I had a not so healthy meal this evening, because of the pork. I think it was the first time in 5 years. But it was tasteful. Chicory with ham and cheese, a slice of pork and some patatoes.

A few of my friends and me got together last week to produce an 11 course meal, here are 3 of my favourites -
Scallops with Sweet Chilli Sauce and Creme Fraiche

Pork with Prune and Pistachio Stuffing and Roasted Onions

Vanilla Panna Cotta with Tamarillo in Star Anise and Red Wine Syrup

We Belgians do love to eat 'frittes' and if we don't get frittes we aren't always happy ! Look at this boy for example
