Chuck, That's a very imaginative use of the photoshop filters. As TBM says, the amount of desaturation is just about right.

@Chuck; of course I agree with TBM and TGB, your work turned out fantastic. You shure did pick the right photo for this kind of filter!

Great works you've done and shared! I know I must "upgrade" myself to Photoshop CS3 one of these days, but by now, my own favourite "worked" pic from my Woophy gallery is this "dream" view at Firenze, "built up" at Picasa2 + Canon DPP:

@Miguel, I see that even you can not resist making a "painting" out of photo ...and it shure is a dream view...to see it in large is a MUST! @TBM, great great colours...this one also needs a large view, beautiful

Hi Lali, I made this experiment, but I think less people like it, what do you mean of it?

Hm, I must say that this looks interesting but somehow very empty; also it is very difficult to tell what the picture represents ; it is nor realistic neither abstract..on the other hand the original is very simple but beautiful.... Do I sound confused? To tell you the truth I am confused, becouse more I look at this experiment more beauty I can find in it, but at first sight it didn't convinced me...
