a pity you had to use the flash, nice truck and landscape though.
To make such pictures in difficult circumstances you had better used a tripod ( if available ofcourse ) and/or a bigger diafragma ( = the F number ) , the whitebalance on tungsten. Don't know what camera you are using but most of the time, even on the simplest camera's there are different programs you can use.

I agree with fotogravenswaay ( @fotogravenswaay: btw, your new nick is to looooooong to write).
Anyhow the pic is nice, not outstanding (and I say this knowing that I would have never been able to do anything better, it's just a tip) but very interesting, the snow int he air is really cool.

good image just needs tinkering with. a good editing suit will work for you and depending where you are in the world they do good photo-shop lessons online.
i use gimp which is a free editing suit just helps you crop and change brightness and contrast plus a lot of things you can do with photo-shop.
