The GREEN is the symbol of the works achieved for regeneration of the heart and by extension of charity. In India, the GREEN is the color of the god Ganesha, cousin of Greek Hermes, attached to the sphere of creation. the GREEN is wrapping, calming, refreshing, invigorating. The emblem of eternity and the rebirths, the Egyptian beetle, meant, also when it was green, the necessary regeneration to be born with the spiritual life. Color of the 4th chakra, will. Symbol of balance, the revival, the Love, acceptance, the compassion, the harmony.

Hello,
I think it's good to collect the colors every now and than together, maybe even a special dedicated part of the forum for all the colors of the rainbow. I know at least some topics about colors already..
The color green starts for me with this bug...
Corneel Timmermans
and the green of the giant fern...
Corneel Timmermans
ending with all the greens of the ricefields in a valley in China...

Beautiful collection Sawsengee!

kyrsun. Another nice topic. I live on " the Emerald Isle ", and must add one of mine, from that country. Here green-ness has no religious, or other, significance. It is a consequence of all the rain we receive !
Regards
Geoff.
