Hi everyone! I was thinking of creating this topic and finally got to it!
I like architecture a lot and would like to share with you my favourite architectural eork, hoping you will do the same!
My favourite building (BTW it doesn't have to be a building, it can be a bridge or whatever) is the arc de la defense in Paris.
here are some pics of it:

Lovely building indeed. It's an example of putting a maximum contrast between the past and the future. Architects like that (I think).

lovely collections...I like espetially the contrast between old and new that some of you had, and the wondefull lines of modern architecture.
in these three I like how it is more or less the same idea in different cities. (they are by me)
street in foiano, umbria, italy
street in cordoba, spain
street near palazzo vecchio in florence.

Here's another one, that just like Pansas' has a nice contrast between the old and the new.
On the foreground you see the old harbour office and on the background the STRIJKIJZER, which, when finished, will be the highest building of The Hague.
Because we made lots of pics of this building Bogers and I are invited for an excusion and when the weather is nice we shall go to the top also. Which for me, with my fright of heights will be a big adventure.

an amazing cathedral in Barcelona by Gaudi. They started building more than 100 years ago, and still a lot of work has to be done. Amazing building in many ways
