how can i make frames? i read some other topics but i didn't understand... if anybody could explain me (i have the spanish version of photoshop)

Dear Aitor,
What i do is open the picture and resize the canvas .
So try to find the option "canvas size"and open this than make the percentage more than 100 percent, like 101 percent...just try what size is best. There is also an option to change the color of the frame.....

Hi there,
mostly I use PhotoFiltre. It's freeware and can be downloaded at http://www.photofiltre.com (Ca. 1,6mb) with various language files. Quite intuitive and easy to handle program with frame features incl. predefined frames as 3D etc.
