I can't see any rating stars, nor can I see photos when I check each member separately. I don't why is this so because I can see everything on my small laptop, which I decided to use today.
Can you suggest any tip?

Virgínia, as it's so strange, have a look at the last version of Flash and see if you have it updated:
http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about/
as well as Java:
http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp~

Seems a problem with the flash player. To reinstall flash on a good way you have to download the uninstaller first, you can find this here: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?ext ernalId=tn_14157
To install flash go here http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.c gi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
and don't forget to un check the toolbar if you don't want to.
To solve any internet explorer problems you can use the recovery in IE. For doing this read this page: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/318378/nl
Also as Miguel said the java plugin should be installed for a descent internet use. But try to first uninstall java, because updating will not always solve the problem.

Thank you very much, I'll do that. In fact today I'm using my dynossauric laptop and discovered Woophy looked much more colourful and attractive here than on my big PC.
I had already noticed I couldn't see any stars... .but now I see that there are photos where i only saw squares and numbers,
I'm going to try.

Sorry to bother you, but after hours of experimenting what you suggest - thanks to all - everything goes on as before. I can't see any photos, nor stars....only the photos on the map and the ones I click.
Fortunately my old laptop shows me everything, but it's rather slow....)
I reinstalled i.explorer, java, adobe flas, tutto quanto!

Hi Virgínia,
If you are using windows vista, you can try this:
http://www.microsoft.com/enable/training/windowsvi sta/images.aspx
make sure the "Remove background images" checkbox is unchecked.
or try to reset your browser settings:

if this doesn't help you, please let me know what OS + browser + version you are using.

i dont get the front page at all for the past 2 days. everything else works, but i cannot see the new photos for the day......city of day ect. sucks and i cannot fix it.

ok i got the uploading problem fixed....the map still dont work, but hey, i havent spent this much time trying to do something on my computer in ages.... ok 3 posts in one thread, sorry everyone im dont complaining now

Hello, I'm having same problems as Tensionhead, I can log in and access the forum, but I cannot see the map, not the members section (and don't know about the other sections). I know other member who is having the same problems. We have no idea what is all about

I'm using netscape and Windows XP, I have tried all the advice above and still cannot see any photos when I open my member file or my woophy. I can do it on my laptop, which is older and reallt slow. Why can't I on this modern PC?
Could you help me?

Can you try installing a new browser? Firefox, or Opera or Safari... or even IE! They are all free.
