I am looking for a specific picture of a church.
The picture is a High Resolution photograph of the interior of what was claimed to be the only church in Germany to be made entirely out of wood.
The photograph shows the detail of a wall, pews and the roof beams.
The reason? - A friend remembers worshiping there on holiday once, and would like to see the church again.
Hope someone (The photographer) can help.
Regards, TGB

Mika, Thanks for your suggestions. Unfortunately I could not see any photographs on the wikipedia site, and the blogspot was down.
The photograph I am looking for was posted on Woophy, but there does not seem to be an entry in the site database for Clausthal-Zellerfeld.
I shall keep looking, and thanks once more TGB

Hi TGB,
I did a search for wood in Germany and got only a hundred pictures or so. None seem to fit your description, but I found a funny castle.

Hi Ruud Yes, I did the same search and probably got the same results as you. I've done a number of searches but I haven't found it yet - its in there somewhere.
Many thanks for trying, and for sharing the funny castle - perhaps thats where Snow White and the 7 dwarves lived!!

This is the church that Mika refers to:
The centre of attraction of the district Clausthal is the Market Church "Zum Heiligen Geist", the largest wooden church in Germany.

Thanks to you both, Mika and Ruud.
This is the church my friend once attended. He did not remember the town name because he was touring. He recognised it from the photo Ruud posted and is now contemplating another visit.
On his behalf, my grateful thanks to you both.

The picture isn't mine, of course. I got it from http://www.ferienparkanlagen.de/Waldsee/WaldseeGB/ index-GB.html
I felt free to post it because I'm sure ferienparkanlagen won't mind an extra visitor this year.
The credits for finding this church go to Mika!
