How come that, when I edit an already uploaded pic, because I want to crop it more or other reasons, how come that in the thumbnail and the image after the first click shows the old picture and the editing shows only in the large picture? Is it possible to avoid that?

i don't know how it comes. i have the same experience. but after a while it becomes good.

This behaviour is caused by your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, ...). The browser tries to accelerate requests by holding a lot of information on your local PC in the so called cache.
You can force a reload of all content of a page: The Internet Explorer does it when you press the button <Strg> and, while holding it, klick with the mouse on the reload-icon. In Firefox you press <Shift> and klick on the reload-icon.
