Jack. First you get your picture's ID number from your portfolio, and either remember it, or copy it. Go to " Insert Image " in the Forum and click on it. Then either type the number in, or paste it into the blank white box. Press " Insert ", and that should be it !

Ok , Here's another question:and if the photo is not in Woophy's portfolio,how can I put it here?I've tryed,but no way...Could you give another little help?? Thank you.

You write some text, you select it, and hit the link icon. You can then insert an internet link to a page which contains your image.
Alternatively, you should 'insert image' with the 'url' option , such as here:
 Be careful, because: - the window which opens, allowing you to insert the link, already contains 'http://'; - you must link to an image (jpg, and maybe others like bmp, gif, ... but I didn't try).
