Hi Marcel, i don't know what is happening but I got no mail of the comments in my box, since the last days. Can you help me please?

Hello,
Did you verify if the check box "Notify me of comments via e-mail" is activated? You can find this check box clicking the button "my account" in the menu.

Sometimes it takes some time for the mail to arrive (up to a couple of days!)
(Did you check your junk mail folder? Or did you change your spam filter settings?)

Marcel, if he have the check box activated and he is still receiving no notifications of comments or forum, I would say this problem is caused by his email provider. The email server of woophy is very fast and I have tried it with many email directions and it does not take more than 1 minute. Something to be pride of. : )

Hi Marcos and Marcel, once again I called my server and now they said there was a fauld by them. It happened a week ago but they didn't warn me, so I knows not what was wrong with my email.
Today I have recieved my mail okè. Thanks for your reactions.
By the way I got a lot of spam too, often between my woophy mail. It is always the same message but everytime from an other sender, so it is hard to loose them.
Are there more with the same problem?
