Hello,
Lately I don't get any comments in my email box, alltough I have clicked this on in my account, do others have the same problem?

suzan, it happen to me too... I have recently uploaded some pictures and people have commented on them... but there weren't (and aren't) any e-mail advicing me... hope it works soon!

Many members have more than 500 pictures posted. For example Drora, she has 2874 pics posted, but on the search part on the site I only get 500 pics. What about the rest, how do I get to them. Preferably with thumbnails like the first 500.
Lately I haven't been able to rate pics more than once, then I have to log out and log in again to be able to rate the next pic.
I have a Mac Mini and use the Safari browser.

Hello Jonas,
How about comments, do you have the same problem there? I have a Compaq, so the Mac doesn't seem to be the problem.
The problem with the search site I have not experienced, beause I didn't do that.
I'm glad that I'm not the only one, allthough this means that many others will have this problem too.

Hi there,
I've no problem with the comments.
I noticed the same about other members with more than 500 posted pictures. I don't now how to solve this.
@ jonas : you can rate pics several times if you want to change your opinion (so only your last rating number counts). I hope you understand this with my poor English...

Hello everybody,
While taking a shower it occured to me that it is strange that we don't receive the comments, but we do get the forum news!
Nonkel, I didn't know that about the rating, that is good news for if I push the wrong number.

There is a very simple way to solve the 'more than 500 pics' problem: you just add another search field, such as the date, e.g: all pics since the beginning of the year, or between two dates, ...

Hello everybody,
Question, when you have a comment on your picture, you can see that on your mail?
I never get comments in my hotmail adress. Only personal mail, what people send me by way of the contact button.

@ shiva : go to my account. Did you marked notify me comments via e-mail ? If you don't, do it and you'll get the comments in your mailbox. If you marked it, I don't know the sollution of it.

That's excactly the problem, op to two weeks ago or so, I always received all the comment in my hotmail box, now you have to go about all your pix to see if you have any.

I never had comments in my mailbox. I always have to go to all my pics. I understand that this is a difficult way, but i hope the problem can be fixed.

This problem especially occurred with hotmail. I adjusted the mail headers, so hotmail should be working fine now. Sending mail is kind of tricky because there are so many mail clients.
If someone is still having some problems with this, please report.

@Marcel and Jonas, I also use Mac, OSX, and haven't experienced any problems - ever. Not with Safari, nor with firefox, opera or even Camino. Ratings work fine for me, as do the comments.

@Jonas, rating works fine for me too. Tested on opera 8.51, safari 1.2.4, firefox 1.5 with flashplayer7 on OS 10.3.7.
There used to be an issue like this:

Try to clear the browser's cache and reload the site.

Marcel, yesterday I received one comment in my hotmail, so I checked my pictures, and noticed that there were at least ten new comments...
Maybe I should change my e-mailadress to Gmail, or to my provider's mailbox?
What do you suggest, Marcel?

Hi Juut,
As far as I know this problem only happens with the hotmail service. Strange that some of the mail can't get through. Means that hotmail rejects the mail by the message itself.
Can you give an example of a comment that you did and did not receive? (photo id + sender)
(Did you check the junkmail folder?)
