For all Woophy-members who think that Woophy is a place to be: please donate!
I see several hundreds of photo's uploaded every day, several thousands of comments written every day, photo's uploaded for the contest, and in forum-topics...
But there don't seem to be enough people who realise that these months might be the last of this site. Almost a million of photo's, thousands of forum-topic will be lost forever.
Come on everybody, give some money. Hundreds of Woophians (but perhaps a majority of them doesn't visit this forum) will lose their hobby. What is 2 euro a month? Or even 10 euro a month? There are people who are woophing around hours a day. Having fun, making friends, etcetera.
So, come on, again... Donate!

I'm slowly getting worried about the amount of sponsors. Therefore I have a question.
Is the number of donaters the real number of donaters or is it the number of donated sponsoringmoney devided by 2? (because a monthly donater is supposed to donate 2 Euro's a month)
For example:
A donater donates 6 Euro a month, does it count like 1 or like 3? I hope it counts like 1, because then there's quite a bigger chance of getting there.
But whatever the answer may be. . . . . . . . . .
PLEASE DEAR WOOPHYFRIENDS!!!!! DONATE!!!!!!!!!!!
A site with so much great people on it can't be allowed to go down by its own succes!!!

It's easy , just make a monthly woophy membership fee for everybody and woophy will be saved!

Another idea: account limitations for not paying members (1 picture upload each day; limited number of comment to other pictures...)

Dear Woophy members,
Thank you for your suggestions. At the moment we do not have resources to make improvements. Firstly we have to have enough sponsors to keep us alive, after we can think about further improvements. We are counting one sponsor as one person, no matter how much they donated, 2 euros or 100 euros. After the deadline we will make calculations to see, how much money we have and how much money will flow in every month, because some members donate two euros and some members donate year contribution.

Dear woophy friends, woophy has been part of our lives...and we should take care of it.
Even crisis is crisis....our imagination should be still alive!! : Why dont do what we know to do- pictures-for it!:
We could upload pictures FWB (for woophybenefit) and woophy could select them and open tobe sold -email shop- as posters, t-shirts, ecards..
Perhaps [/u]we should start to promote on engines as google..more [u]contests (that need to be paid to enter)
or start making phoo-trips,workshops..and photo- travels (may be next step
And,of course,try to promote woophymembership (payment) as professionals, amateurs...and reduce/increment- the number of daily photos that can be upload depending on this kind of account..
and of course, try to link Woophy trough our personal blogs, botton on friendly emails...
