* sel et poivre.
* 1 kg de longe de porc;

About your wine and invitation, don't tell it twice... I love to travel to France (by car, of course) and love Blois, the most flowerish city I met in France in the Vallée de la Loire! Hmmm, I almost can smel it!

I have witnesses: I had commented with some closer portuguese woophyan friends that, besides Laura Lizancos Mora (from Galiza), it would be a pleasure to have "our" catalan friend Ruden and those "Madrid-ish" friends as Dolo, Wintermute and Fercar (where is he?!). [sorry if I forgot some other spanish most active members, but these are those I know by heart]! So... please come! You will be very welcome!!! Bernadette, Il manque beaucoup de choses dans votre recette pour avoir une bonne "Rojoada"... Je ne sais pas leurs noms en français Des choses qui sont mauvaises pour le corps mais bonnes pour la tête

@ Laura L.M.: Sim, tudo como planeado! Dia 23 de Maio às 11.30 am (pode-se aguardar um pouco mais, claro) no Forum Aveiro (em frente à ... Zara). Almoço no Sal Poente depois.
