Hi Silvia. I know that mothers are celebrated in different places on several times. I think in the Netherlands it is the second sunday off may and for the regio off Antwerp, Belgium it is the 15th off august. But never the less, they can't be celebrated enough. Therefore my contribution :

In our country mother's day is on 25th March...but I think the date is not important, it's the thought that counts...motherhood is such a beautiful experience that we should celebrate it every day, every hour and every minut of our lives...Silvia, thanks for reminding us!!!

That's a good idea Drora, with a family day nobody can be hurt and it's nice to see all family together. I don't celebrate this day, for us it's all day mother, father , grandparent's and children day.

Hi, no picture of Mums, but I can't think of anything more worth celebrating, but EVERY DAY. I would give everything I have to have mine back. I would do likewise to turn the clock back far enough so that my wife had at least one child who could treasure her and shower her with love and affection. Those things are impossible, but I'd like to offer this in our forum to all the Mums in the World, today. Bless you all, you deserve it!

To all the Woophy Mothers and Grandmother's like me,
my best wishes and may all your dreams come true.
Don't expect too much and give as much
as you can because life is full of surprises and sorrows.
Being a Mother of three and grandmother of two, I can say I'm fulfilled.
Hope you are too.
