@joris: thanks for your explanation - I think we both understand what was meant. I always appreciated the open minded guys from the netherlands ;-) Maybe I'm too sensitive and concerned about such issues and simply got you wrong.
@drora: def. it is a issue there and in other forms in Europe/US..., too. Just remember what happened in Russia when Mikhail Gorbachev introduced the "dry law" in 1985. But still up today there are estimated 40,000 people killed every year by so called "bootleg vodka" and toxic alcohol-based substances
